If you booked Congress tickets with us last year, your account remains active and can be accessed using the same login credentials. Passwords can be recovered using the ‘lost password’ link on the account login screen. We recommend logging into your account before proceeding with ticket registration, but you will have the option to login at checkout.

Please select which day(s) you would like to attend below. Each booking with us requires a single delegate to enter their personal and company information. As the lead delegate, you will be in charge of adding additional delegates to your order and your details will be used to register your account.

To submit your order, simply add to basket and continue to checkout. You will have the opportunity to create your account here by setting up a password. Emails will be sent to you to 1) confirm your order – this will include an order summary and an invoice – and 2) confirm your account setup. All bookings are payable at checkout by debit/credit card.

Your booking is completely editable if you wish to add additional delegates, change delegate names or add extra social tickets to your order at a later date. Simply log back into your account, click the orders tab and click the ‘edit booking’ button. To submit and save your changes, you will need to go through checkout with your amended order (even if the changes do not involve a payment). An updated invoice for any additional payment or reimbusement will be both emailed to you and available to view and download from the orders section of your account.
