Exploring a new veterinary business model at Congress 2024

Congress News

Join Alan Robinson, Vet Dynamics at Congress 2024, 25th – 27th January, Hilton Birmingham Metropole, where he will talk us through the progress of the Harper-Keele Vet School and Garden Vets cooperative  – a radical experiment to rebuild and re-generate the veterinary profession.

Working with Harper-Keele Vet School, with its progressive and pragmatic student selection process and revised ‘real-world’ curriculum, Garden Vets, a 24/7 first-opinion, emergency and critical care teaching hospital, has a ‘once in a generation’ opportunity to redesign the veterinary business model.  Using Garden Vets as a case study, Alan will share new ways of financing the veterinary business and the use of subscription models, along with implementing a people-centric approach to recruitment, retention, learning and development.

Alan’s session is part of a full day on Saturday 27th January providing guidance and advice on Growing your Business, from just £210 for the day.
