Booking your accommodation

We look forward to you joining us at Congress. Accommodation can be booked directly with local hotels.
To do so, please follow the links below.

Congress will commence at 9:45 on Thursday 25th January and continue on Friday 26th January with the Congress party taking place on Friday evening. We would advise booking overnight accommodation for the Thursday and Friday nights. If you live a long distance from the venue, you may also wish to book the Wednesday night as well.

Congress 24 will be hosted at this venue.

Hilton Birmingham Metropole

National Exhibition Centre, Pendigo Way, Marston Green, Birmingham B40 1PP
Centrally located on the N.E.C complex and situated just minutes from major motorway links, Birmingham International Train Station and Birmingham International Airport. The Birmingham Metropole Hilton can accommodate all Congress delegates and features 31 meeting and event spaces, four distinctive restaurant and bars, Health Club with state-of-the-art gym and indoor swimming pool. Charges apply for use of the pool area and advance bookings are strongly recommended. Rooms from £100 per night.

There is a reduced car parking rate of £10 per day for day delegates and overnight residents.  Booking details will be provided closer to the event.
