Registration and Tickets
Please register online by clicking here.
You can add as many additional delegates to your order as you wish to receive a group discount if applicable. Please email camilla.beaumont@keystone-group.co.uk if you cannot pay by credit card.
Once you have registered, you can simply log back in to your account to make any changes or additions at login/account.
Early bird weekend SPVS member passes are £370 and SPVS Practice member passes are £345. There is a further 15% discount for standard groups of 3 or more and 20% discount for Practice member groups of 3 or more (All prices are exc. VAT.) Early bird offer closes 31st October 2023.

Registration includes full access to both days and Saturday (or one day if Day Pass selected) of lectures and the exhibition hall – as well as all coffee break refreshments and buffet-style lunch.
You can register for the Thursday night networking event and Friday Presidents’ Party when registering via the registration page.
Or alternatively you can add social tickets to your booking at a later date by accessing your account.
You will receive confirmation of your registration by email and this will also be held in your account details. No physical tickets will be issued in advance for your congress passes or social tickets.
If you need to cancel your registration more than 30 days prior to Congress, you will receive a refund of the full amount less a £25.00 administration fee. We are unable to provide any refunds for cancellations received 30 days or less prior to the event.

For hotel bookings, please refer to the individual hotel cancellation policy and please note all cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
If you’re unable to attend for any reason, you can substitute another person by amending your booking under login/account. You will receive confirmation of your booking amend by email.
Debit/credit card payment will be taken at checkout through our electronic payment system.

Congress Timings
Congress will commence mid-morning of Thursday 26th January and continue on Friday 27th January, with the exhibition closing at 5pm and the Congress party taking place on Friday evening.
Registration will open at 9:00am on Thursday 25th January in the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Foyer.
You will be registered on arrival and issued with a name badge and lanyard.
Please ensure that your name badge is visible at all times during Congress in order to gain access to the exhibition and workshops. You may be refused entry without it.
An event information desk will be open throughout Congress and serve as an information point and registration for day delegates arriving on Friday 26th January.
There will also be Saturday workshops included in your ticket price.

The Hilton Birmingham Metropole is Centrally located off the M42, NEC junction. Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International Rail Station are just two miles away.

There is a reduced car parking rate of £10 per day for day delegates and for overnight residents.
Booking details will be provided closer to the event.

If you live a long distance from the venue, you may also wish to book the Wednesday night as well.
